Terms & Conditions of Sale

Terms are subject to change without notice. The construction, interpretation and performance of orders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia regard to its conflict of law rules. The use of this site and/or Ancient Wisdom catalogues is voluntary and is being made available to you for use in obtaining Ancient Wisdom products. By ordering from Ancient Wisdom via this site, telephone, email or post, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping may change these Terms & Conditions of Sale without prior notice. Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping deals with trade customers only. Any accounts opened for purchasing items for personal use will be cancelled. When registering on Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping website, please provide us with as much information about your business as possible. If we require any more information in order to activate your account, we will contact you via email.

If a non-trade customer has had an account approved in error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed. If an order is accepted in error from a non-trade customer and despatched the customer may keep the goods, however any future order will be cancelled and the account closed. In this document the term customer refers to those customers who have registered and been approved by Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping.

1. Terms of the Contract
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all goods supplied by Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping. Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is considered an offer by you to purchase the goods in your order. No contract exists between you and us until we have received and accepted your order. Each time you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming this. The notification of receipt is not a confirmation that the order has been accepted. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see condition 5 below). We reserve the right to terminate the contract of sale if the payment for ordered goods is not received in full.

2. Description and Price of Goods
We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible, and with accordance to the manufacturer's specification. Despite this, a slight variation in items may occur. We provide you with product information on the website. If there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact the Customer Service Team via email:
hello@aw-dropship.eu. Prices on the website are in EURO (€) and do not include VAT. We make every effort to keep the prices for goods or delivery on our website up to date, however any changes to said prices are subject to change without notice. VAT is charged at the standard rate as laid out by the Slovakian Government.

3. Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, advance deposit (Top Up), Google Pay and Apple Pay and Klarna BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) for non-registered business customers in the following countries. Austria (AT), Australia (AU), Belgium (BE), Switzerland (CH), Czech Republic (CZ), Germany (DE), Denmark (DK), Spain (ES), France (FR), Finland (FI),United Kingdom (GB), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Italy (IT), Netherlands (NL), Norway (NO), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Sweden (SE) and United States (US). Payment is due before despatch of goods. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled within 14 days, unless you contact to specify otherwise. No goods will be despatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared. Website prices are listed in EURO (€) and this is the accepted payment currency. Please note any orders under €3 items net will incur a €1 small order charge. This is to cover picking and packing fees.

4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched from our dispatch centre, we will require you to cover the delivery charges for the redirection. Orders are aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days after despatch. We make every effort to ensure goods are delivered within five working days of acceptance of your order. However, Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event, we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

4.1. Non-Delivery of an Order
An order is classified as a potential non-delivery if it has not arrived within 14 calendar days from the date of the dispatch notification email.

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us of a non-delivery within 21 calendar days from the date of dispatch. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Procedure: Please contact us via email at hello@aw-dropship.eu or the 'contact us' form on the website, providing your original order number as a reference.

  • Resolution: We will launch an investigation with the relevant delivery service provider. Once the non-delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement order to be dispatched.

5. Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract with Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping at any time up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. To cancel your contract you must advise us in writing, either by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page of the website. Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been despatched to you or your customer, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping within 30 days, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Please follow our Returns Procedure (see condition 9 below). You will be refunded for the goods within 30 days of notifying Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping in writing of the cancellation.

6. Refund Policy
A credit will be automatically applied to your account for any reimbursements, however, if you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order.

7. Warranty & Claims
All products supplied by Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping have a 24-month manufacturer's warranty period from the date the goods were delivered (unless otherwise stated and excluding consumables). Please note, the warranty does not cover you for any defects in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or use otherwise than in accordance with its intended use.

Introduction to Claims: The following sections outline the procedures for resolving order discrepancies. As our services are provided exclusively to trade customers (B2B), these terms are governed by commercial practice. It is the Buyer's key obligation to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

7.1. Faulty Item(s)
If you receive goods that are faulty, you must notify us within 3 working days (72 hours) of receipt of the item in writing (by email to
hello@aw-dropship.eu or by using the Contact Us page on the website).

  • Procedure: Please provide your order number, the product code of the faulty item, a clear description of the fault, and photographic evidence. Please note: All faulty silver jewellery items must be physically returned to us for inspection.

  • Resolution: Once the fault is verified, we will primarily issue store credit to your account. By mutual agreement, we may offer a replacement or a refund. For details on how to return items, see Section 9 (Returns Procedure).

7.2. Item(s) Damaged on Arrival
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product, you must notify us in writing within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

  • Procedure: Contact us via email at hello@aw-dropship.eu or by using the Contact Us page. For most items, we require photographic evidence of any visible damage instead of a physical return. Please note: All damaged silver jewellery items must be physically returned to us.

  • Required Information: Please provide your order number, the product code of the damaged item, and clear photographs of the damage.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will primarily issue store credit to your account.

  • Special Procedure for Heavy/High-Value Items: For courier-delivered items with a value over €15 (ex. VAT) that have visible damage, we can, upon request, dispatch a replacement item and arrange a courier collection of the damaged item at the same time. This service is subject to the recipient being available to hand over the faulty goods to the courier.

7.3. Wrong Item(s) Delivered
If, by mistake, we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us as soon as possible.

  • Procedure: We will arrange for the collection of the incorrectly delivered goods at our expense or provide you with a prepaid return label.

  • Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will ship the correct item. Alternatively, and by mutual agreement, we can issue a credit note (store credit or refund). In the event an item of over 2kg needs to be returned, we can arrange a courier collection at the same time as the correct item is delivered.

7.4. Item(s) Not Required (Voluntary Goodwill Benefit)
As a gesture of goodwill to our trade partners, we offer a voluntary option to return an unwanted item. You must notify us in writing (by email or using the Contact Us page) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item. This is a voluntary benefit and not a statutory right for B2B contracts.

  • Conditions for Return:

    • The goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original, intact, and resalable packaging.

    • The Buyer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping.

    • Hygiene Restriction: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items where the packaging has been opened or compromised (e.g., cosmetics, essential oils), unless the item is faulty.

  • Resolution: Once the item is returned and inspected, a refund for the item's cost will be credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days.

7.5. Extra Item(s) Delivered
If, by mistake, we supply you with extra items, you must notify us immediately, either in writing (by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website). The item(s) should be returned to us in line with our Returns Procedure (see condition 9 below). Once the goods have been returned to the Despatch Depot, you will be reimbursed for any reasonable carriage charge incurred by the return. If you do not inform us of receipt of extra items and you are found in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you could be charged for the goods in full.

8. Out Of Stock Items
We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible, however we do not have a real time system. If there are any out of stock items which exceed 10% of the order we will notify you within 2 business days, we will deduct these from your final invoice, which will generate a refund that will be put back to the original method of payment within 1-7 business days. We will contact you on out of stock items by email if exceeding 10% of the total. We will hold the order until 1pm the following business day and if we do not hear from you by then, the order will be shipped and the difference refunded.

9. Returns Procedure
This section outlines the required procedure for returning any items to us.

  1. Prior Communication: Before returning any item, you must inform Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping of the reason for the return by contacting us as outlined in the relevant sections above. Please quote your original order number (starting with AW) in all correspondence.

  2. Return Address: Items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the Despatch Depot:

  3. Return Costs: The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for "unwanted" items (Section 7.4). We will reimburse reasonable carriage costs for items that are confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error.

  4. Proof of Postage: In the event of an item returned to us not arriving, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or a receipt of proof of postage. We advise that customers return items of high value (€15 or more) using a signed-for service.

  5. Unauthorised Returns: If an item is returned to Ancient Wisdom without any prior written communication and not in line with our returns procedure, we will not compensate for any transport costs involved. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.

10. Limitation of Liability
Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping will not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:

  1. There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping or by its employees or agents;

  2. Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;

  3. Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any item of this contract.

11. Data Protection
Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, unless Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping will not supply your details to any third party.

12. Images
All though all effort is made to update product images on a regular basis product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. Please note there will be variations in colours pertaining to products manufactured from natural materials (e.g Soap Stone). No replacements will be made if a customer is dissatisfied with the colour of a soapstone product as soapstone can vary from any colour between pink and black.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Slovak law and the Slovak courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

14. Protecting Your Security
All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly.

15. Placing an Order
By placing an order with Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping you are confirming you have read and agree to the terms, conditions and delivery times as laid out in writing on this site. The contract of the sale is bound by the terms laid out in this document.

16. Cosmetic Goods
All of our products intended for cosmetic use are certified and tested as required by law. Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping highly recommends that end users of these products perform a patch test before using any cosmetic product for the first time.

17. Misuse of Goods
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date. We disclaim all liability for loss and/or damage that may result from the use of information contained on this site. Ancient Wisdom Drop Shipping will not be held responsible for any death or personal injuries that occur from the misuse of goods advertised on this website.

18. Registration and Login
aw-dropship.eu is a Dropshipping website. We deal with trade customers only. In order to be able to see the prices of our products, you need to register your company details by creating an account on our website. Your personal information on will never be shared with any third party companies in any way, with the exception of our nominated couriers.

19. Returns of cosmetic items
If you wish to return an unwanted cosmetic item, this is covered under our policy in Section 7.4 (Item(s) Not Required). You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be in its original, unopened, and 'as new' condition.
