We are always delighted to supply customers around the world, and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible. Our products are often extremely well received outside the Slovak Distribution Centre with customers ordering on a regular basis. Please find your country by zone then go to the relevant table:

Good to know before you place your export orders

Minimum Order Export / Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order for export orders, but it is unlikely that orders of value items are cost effective, therefore please note, that we have a minimum order value of 3 euro before carriage and VAT. Orders below this threshold will incur euro 1+VAT small order charges.

Payments

Payments are in euro € and we accept all mayor credit or debit cards and also payment by Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.

VAT & Shipping Policy for Dropshipping in the EU (Goods Shipped from Slovakia, EU)

All prices quoted on this site are excluding VAT.

For Customers in EU Single Market Countries:

• If a valid EU VAT number is provided at the time of ordering, the sale is treated as an intra-community supply, and VAT is not charged (reverse charge applies).
• If no valid VAT number is provided, the VAT rate of the destination country (where the goods are delivered) will be charged, in compliance with the EU VAT OSS (One-Stop-Shop) system. This ensures that VAT is collected at the correct rate based on the customer’s location.

For Customers in EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland):

• Orders shipped to EFTA countries are not subject to Slovak VAT.
• However, customers may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, and other local taxes upon receipt of the goods, depending on their country's regulations.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check applicable import charges before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions & Special Agreements:

• We primarily ship within the EU and EFTA regions.
• Shipping to other destinations may be possible upon agreement. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss availability, pricing, and applicable taxes or duties.
• If your delivery destination is an island or requires special transport arrangements (e.g., ferry transport), please let us know in advance. This helps us ensure a smooth delivery process and inform you of any potential additional shipping costs or extended delivery times. We appreciate your cooperation in making your order experience as seamless as possible.

We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec) orders may take 3 working days,

For orders placed after 12:00pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.  

Update : From 25th oct. 2021 orders are collected by couriers between 13:00am - 13:30pm.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

Courier Express Service - Same day dispatch of your order if placed before 12am ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays). Priority dispatch must be activated in customers order section when placing order ( before 12am ). Priority dispatch orders placed past 10am will be preferably  processed the next working day.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

PACKAGING

All packages are packed in un-marked packaging with no mention of Ancient Wisdom unless this is one of our brand products, manufactured or imported by ourselves. Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with the ingredients list.

COURIER COMPANIES:

We cooperate with contracted, long-established courier companies on the market. At the place of delivery, local delivery services may be used. We do not allow the selection of a specific local courier service for delivery. The courier companies delivering in specific coutnries are Paketa, DPD, Posta bez Hranic, SPS (Slovakia only), DHL (remote destinations, islands, non EU(EEA) countries). Hermes, Inpost, Fan Courier, Cargus, Colis Privé & others.
